Made from high quality thermoplastic resin, Canplast PVC Edgebanding adds a smooth, finished look to shelves, cabinets, tables, partitions, paneling and other casegoods outperforming a host of other material in edge protection. PVC Edgebanding from Canplast is ideal for all types of institutional, office and residential furniture, store fixtures, millwork and kitchen and bathroom cabinets.


Solid Colorthru

Canplast solid color Edgebanding can be used in an unlimited range of applications. The computer-matched color throughout the thickness allows the Edgebanding to blend in an makes the joint between the Edgebanding and the laminate virtually invisible.


Double Edge

Canplast 3MM dual color Edgebanding combines tastefully surface color with an underlaid contrasting base color. The trimmed surface will reveal underlying accent colors giving designers a myriad range of color options. This product is ideal for office furniture, closet systems, kitchen and juvenile furniture and offers the same machinability and impact resistance as all Canplast 3mm products.


Grainthru™ Woodgrains

Canplast has developed a unique means of injecting a realistic woodgrain effect throughout the thickness of its 3mm PVC woodgrain Edgebanding. This eliminates the picture-frame effect sometimes associated with Thick PVC Edgebanding. The base color is specifically blended to unify the Edgebanding with the panel pattern.


Starlite® Granitethru

Designed to match the most popular Grafix®, Nebula®, Dust® and Matrix® patterns Canplast Starlite® Granitethru offers an attractive stone character throughout the thickness for superior surface match. All patterns are also available in ‘top-printed only’ versions.


Boldline Multi-Form

Canplast Boldline Multi-Form (BMF) Edgebanding provides a three-dimensional look that will add grace, charm and distinction to any office desk, bedroom night table, closet system or store fixture project.


Semi-Flexible Thick PVC

Canplast's Semi-Flexible 3mm Edgebanding is ideal for use on the curved edges of today's furniture. Its semi-flexible formulation gives it the flexibility to curve around tight corners. However at the same time its surface is hard enough to be scrpaed and trimmed easily at higher speeds on straight-line applications. It is ideal for computer controlled panel processing work centers (BAZ) and manual contour edgebanders alike.

 

  • Can bend around inside and outside curves with a radius as tight as 3/4".
  • Will not white on tight radius curve.
  • Will not delaminate.
  • Hard, durable surface is easy to trim and provides greater impact resistannce.
